If work is a repair or alteration of ethanol producing equipment, the Contractor/Vendor assures that all contract labor performed on ethanol producing equipment at Trenton Agri Products LLC is performed by employees earning the Prevailing Wage for the craft performed.

Prevailing wage shall be in accordance with the following website: Wage Determination .

The contractor agrees to work with the onsite payroll coordinator to determine and record the hours worked by each employee in each craft.

The contractor further agrees to submit documentation to Trenton Agri Products LLC's payroll coordinator verifying that the contractor's employees were paid prevailing wages and fringe benefits as required.

Trenton Agri Products LLC reserves the right to withhold the final 20% of this purchase order amount until satisfactory documentation is received.
